If you are looking to receive our services, you will need to contact your case worker from your insurance, let them know you want to receive our services and provide them the office information below then have them fax your approval of services, detailing your approved hours, services needed, and how many days out of the week you are approved of. Your services will begin whichever date the insurance chooses.

Your caregiver will visit you to provide care as depending on the hours per week you are approved of by your insurance. When it comes to what time of the day you will receive those services depends on the schedule you and your caregiver agree upon.

Of course, Yes! We recommend clients coming with their own caregivers. However, we will provide a caregiver of our own if needed.

To verify the hours our caregivers provide, we use an app called Vesta Mobile to track and verify the hours worked. From this GPS-enabled app, we can tell how long a caregiver worked and also WHERE and WHEN they are are clocking in/out from.  

We Pay Bi-Weekly and pay day is on the 15th and last day of every month by DIRECT DEPOSIT. 

If you are just starting work as a caregiver, you will not receive your first check until the next upcoming payday:

For example:

If you started to work on July 5th, you will not get paid your first check on July 15th, instead, you will get paid your first check on July 31st.

On July 31st, you will get paid the work you did from July 5th to 15th. On August 15th (the next payday after July 31st), you will get paid for the work you did from July 15th to July 31st.
